Melissa and Sean: be my valentine?
I first met Sean a few years back when we played hockey in the same adult league. Both of us being goaltenders, we share a certain bond, that kind of sounds creepy! In all seriousness Melissa and Sean are just wonderful down to earth people.
Sean and and Melissa chose Valentines day as their wedding date. A romantic wedding date deserves a classic and romantic wedding location, The Queen’s Landing in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
The chilly weather paid off with a nice white coating of snow outside. A perfect backdrop for photos and a scenic view out the windows for all of their guests.
Melissa and Sean prepared and met on the property before their ceremony, to get a few photos before their marriage was official. In brief intervals we ran outside and grabbed a few shots before heading back in to unthaw. Melissa, Sean and company barely complained...and trust me it was chilly out there for the girls in their dresses!
Before long we were back inside for good. The couples beautiful ceremony gave way to a time of h’orderves and cocktails enroute to a beautiful reception!
The ballroom looked stunning in shades of white and pinks. Melissa and Sean’s guests were loads of fun in the photobooth and on the dance-floor.
From start to finish Melissa and Sean’s day was fantastic. A great way of celebrating Valentines Day. Congrats again you two!
Special thanks to Eva Derrick for being my second shooter! Great job as always!
