Meghan and Mike: that’s so raven
I was on my way rushing to the shoot with Meghan and Mike when I got a phone call from Meghan saying that Mike was taking a long time in getting ready and they were going to be a few minutes late. Part of me still kinda questions whether it was actually Mike who was taking awhile :)
We planned to meet and shoot at Dufferin Islands in Niagara Falls. The sun was warm, the air was crisp, and the fall display of colours was in full effect. I was preparing my cameras beside one of the ponds and was taking a few minutes to enjoy the ducks and geese that were swimming by. Meghan and Mike soon arrived only for Meghan to inform me she is terrified of birds.
I chased as many of them away as I could but we did have a few seagulls that were rather persistent. But that’s enough about birds.
Meghan and Mike were delightful to work with. I loved walking around the islands and occasionally taking a few photos. The setting gave a very serene and beautiful backdrop for the couple’s photos. We finished up the shoot with a wardrobe and location change at nearby Oaks Hall.
I hope you enjoy this selection from their engagement session! Congrats again to Meghan and Mike!
